Reservation, No Show and Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable and Best Available rate bookings are non-cancellable and non-changeable, will be charged the total price of the reservation at the time of booking.

For Flexible rate bookings, cancellation and date-changes are permitted with notice up to 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to give notice within this time-frame, or to no-show, will result in 100% of all accommodation reserved being charged.

For Public Holiday’s, our cancellation notice period is up to seven-days prior to arrival.
Failure to cancel within this time frame, or to no-show, will result in a 100% fee of all accommodation reserved being charged.

For Peak Season (14 December to 11 January)

Full payment for all accommodation must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled day of arrival or, if your booking is made within 30 days of your scheduled day of arrival, full payment must be paid at the time of booking.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply within this time frame.



Covid Cancellation Policy 

If you decide to cancel or postpone your booking due to Covid-19, you will receive a full refund or opportunity to postpone without incurring any financial penalties.

 

Group Bookings

Reservations of 3 units or more are considered a group booking. Group bookings are taken at the sole discretion of the property a deposit may be required and additional conditions may apply. The following cancelation policy applies to all movements on group reservations.

For Group bookings - 01 April to 14 December

Full payment for all accommodation must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled day of arrival or, if your booking is made within 30 days of your scheduled day of arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply in this time frame.


Group Bookings (more than 3 units) for peak season-14 December to 31 March

Outside 90 days prior   - No Charge

90-60 days prior          - 50% charge for total room nights cancelled

60-30 days prior          - 75% charge for total room nights cancelled

Inside 30 days prior     - 100% charge for total room nights cancelled

Additional Beds- Rollaway bed -$30.00 per night (children under 12 only) / Porta Cot -$15.00 per night

If arriving at Carrington Estate later than 9pm, please advise Carrington Estate.

Check in/Checkout Times
Check in time is: 2pm
Check out time is: 10am

Late Checkout
There is a late checkout charge of $30 to checkout at 12pm, a $60 charge to checkout at 2pm
